I'm trying to improve my skill and at the same time start up full time commission work. In order to do that, I need to draw something, and I need to get better. So here is your chance. Please say anything, but try to avoid anything mechanical for now. lol Oh yes, and also for these, I would like to avoid fan art. I'm going to limit fan art to convention orders only.
Since they are free, I wont feel so bad messing up the first time, and I may redo it again better for you later if I liked it.

From what it looks like, your deviations are actually the product of resources, such as brushes, etc. and photographs. Although the photographs you are using are not "free" to use. They are copyrighted to the celebrity or whoever the photographer is. Even if you got the celebrity photos from a website saying that it provides "stock images," if the owner of the photos didn't give them permission to do that then you are still breaking copyright.
I'm not saying that the FBI is going to break down your door or that you will be sued for using them, just that... technically, if they cared enough, they could take legal action.
Mostly I'm just concerned as to where you got the brushes, textures, etc. Whoever made those, probably isn't a famous celebrity with better things to worry about. They deserve the credit for making them and letting you use them.
All in all, if you change the category of your deviations to "Digital Art > Photomanipulation > People (etc.)" they will make more sense and no one will care as much if you use celebrity photos because everyone who's new at photomanipulation tends to use them at some point. I did! ^_^ Just be sure to credit people for the resources also, unless you made them yourself, in which case, Good job! ^_^
